SHORT FORM IMPROV
ALL LEVELS
Short form Improv is like the hit TV show "Whose Line Is It Anyway". A lot will say, I'm not funny, I can't do that! Oh, but you can! It is all about learning the skills behind the games. The next step is to have a conversation with someone who has a strong opinion. We practice it weekly and build skills along the way to prepare for a showcase where you can show your friends how to PLAY. They will think... Friend... I wish I could do that! You will answer... Oh, but you CAN!

SCENE STUDY
Intermediate
Each month, we run two cycles of scenes. In the first scene, we flesh out the story, and in the second week, we film it. In scene study, we break down each character and make sure we are hitting all the points that make up a great story. Connect to character and connect deeply and personally to each role. We would like to know what you are currently working on and what skills you are looking to develop personally.

PRO Scene Study
Intermediate/Advanced
This class is for actors who are currently working in the industry and have either taken our Foundation classes and been invited, or have had prior training and a strong foundation in acting. We move quickly in the class, and we focus on high levels of direction, like you would receive on set when filming a project. You will have two scenes each month. The first week is a cold read, and the second week is off-book. If you choose, you can do a different scene each week to challenge yourself. We also recommend that you have an archive of scenes ready, so you are prepared at all times to work a scene off-book or to cold-read, as this is a working actors' course.
You must have a recommendation as an Intermediate or Advanced actor, or provide a resume and IMDb to support your work. You must be working in the industry or have recently returned from a short break to join our Thursday group.

Firearms Techniques
ALL LEVELS
CURRENTLY NOT ENROLLING
Firearms Techniques will help you to know how to safely and correctly handle multiple type guns for a film shoot so you will not look like an ammeter. We do not work with any active artillery or anything that fires. Our instructor, a past firearms trainer for a government program, has broke down what works for film compared to true to life drills and techniques. He will help you to know the real vs movie version of firearm handling adding some pro skills to your resume.
